The Wedding

The "Rehearsal"

After we're done prepping the venue on Friday afternoon we will kick off the weekend with an evening of fish and chips and drinks around a camp fire in the woods in the grounds of Lineham Farm. This will be very informal and of course there's no pressure to join us as we are already really grateful that you've given up your Saturday to celebrate with us! Just let us know beforehand if you will be coming so we can get your chippy order in.

The Ceremony

Please arrive from 14:00. We will kick off with a drinks reception with pasties, pies and an ice cream van. The ceremony will take place at 17:00 and speeches will be given in the ceremony area. If we're lucky with the weather the drinks reception will be outside on gravel and the ceremony will be outside on grass so keep this in mind when making your wardrobe and shoe choices!

The Food

The food will be casual with pasties, pies and an ice cream van in the afternoon followed by pizza and curry in the evening. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary requirements.

The Drink

Our wedding is themed around a Beer Festival. That's where we met and love going, so we're looking forward to giving our family and friends a taste! Grab your glass when you arrive and help yourselves to the selection of beers we've sourced. Take your glass home with you as your reminder of the day.

The venue doesn't have a bar so we've been able to purchase all the drinks ourselves and will let everyone help themselves. There will be plenty of soft drinks and for those who don't like beer we will have wine, prosecco, cider, gin, and alcopops. If you prefer to drink something specific then feel free to bring it along!

The Party

Evening guests will arrive from 18:30.

The venue doesn't require us to end the party at any specific time, but if you don't want to camp over we recommend booking taxis around midnight.

The Camp

Guests can camp for free at the venue on Saturday and/or Friday night. You can set your tent up any time on Saturday or on Friday afternoon/evening. We'll even provide breakfast for everyone who stayed over!

There is also some accommodation in the venue (mostly bunk beds), but we are initially reserving this for our families. If you are interested in staying over let us know and we will let you know if there is space.
